PROBLEM: Given 11 terror attacks, what is the probability of drills occurring at the same time or just before the attacks (i.e. a coincidence)?

METHOD: Consider a series of observations. Calculate the probability of each event and the joint probability of the total sequence of events.

ASSUMPTION: Terror drills are held one day each month.
Note: this is a conservative assumption. If drills are held less frequently, the probability declines.

CALCULATIONS
The probability a drill will occur
1) on the day of the attack: P1 = 1/30
2) within an hour of the attack: P2 = 1/24
The joint probability a drill will occur within an hour of the attack:
P3= P1*P2 = 1/30*1/24 = 1/720 =.00139

TOTAL PROBABILITY
The probability that 11 drills would each occur
1) on the day of the attacks:
P4 = (1/30)^11 = 5.65E-17 = 1 in 100,000 trillion
2) within an hour of the attacks:
P5 = (1/720)^11 = 3.71E-32 = 1 in a million trillion trillion

1- 9/11…On September 11, 2001, the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) was involved in an ongoing operation which involved deploying fighter aircraft to northwestern North America. The US Military and NORAD had also planned to conduct several military exercises and a drill was being held by the National Reconnaissance Office, a Department of Defense agency. The operations, exercises and drills were all canceled following the September 11 attacks.

2- London bombings ….On the day of the bombings Peter Power of Visor Consultants gave interviews on BBC Radio 5 Live and ITV saying that he was working on a crisis management simulation drill, in the City of London, “based on simultaneous bombs going off precisely at the railway stations where it happened this morning”, when he heard that an attack was going on in real life. He described this as a coincidence. He also gave an interview to the Manchester Evening News where he spoke of “an exercise involving mock broadcasts when it happened for real”.^[39] After a few days he dismissed it as a “spooky coincidence” on Canadian TV.^[40]

4- Sandy Hook…Once again a government funded mock emergency drill was being conducted at a nearby local school at the very same time the supposed realtime shooting was taking place at Sandy Hook Elementary in Newtown, Connecticut – leaving all the fingerprints of a government staged false flag event to strip guns from the American people.Many people involved in responding to the Newtown school shooting have been shown to be participants in active shooter drills either in the past or on the very day of the shooting. To top it all off, there are still many inconsistencies in the official story.

5- Boston Marathon…The Department of Homeland Security has gone public with an admission that an exercise was planned months before the Boston Marathon bombings that involved backpacks being used to detonate explosives by rogue terrorists.  According to the DHS documents acquired by the Boston Globe, the agents were planning on conducting training exercises centered around a fictitious terrorist group called Free America Citizens, a group that would plant backpacks full of explosives around Boston that the detectives would be forced to track down. Ultimately, of course, this ended up happening at the Boston Marathon itself with precise accuracy. The Globe report reads that the city was hit with a real terrorist attack executed in a frighteningly similar fashion.

7- Charlie Hebdo….One such example is an interview given by Patrick Pelloux, an emergency medical services specialist and one of the first responders in the Paris attacks. Pelloux spoke to the radio station France Info and has apparently confirmed that an emergency drill was ongoing during the morning on the day of the attacks.

8- Paris attacks…Since the Charlie Hebdo attacks in January, from which 16 people died, Paris-area ambulance crews and emergency personnel have taken part in regular exercises designed to test their readiness for possible attacks. One such exercise was held on Friday morning, the day of the latest terror attacks. In a twist of fate, the simulated emergency was a mass shooting, according to Dr. Mathieu Raux, emergency room chief at the Pitié-Salpetrière hospital in Paris.

9- Kenya… A security drill at a Nairobi university has led to the death of a staff member after many panicked when security forces used what students thought was live ammunition to stage a pretend attack on the school.

10- New York
Gunfire, cries for help, heavily armed response teams, mass casualties. It all looked and sounded so real. But it wasn’t. The blood was fake. The bullets were blanks. The NYPD conducted two terror drills Sunday morning in an abandoned portion of the Bowery subway station in Lower Manhattan. In each of the simulated active shooter situations, there were two shooters, and all four were killed. “The actors here today, the first responders, knew they were going into an active shooter situation. But other than that, they had no information as to what they were going to encounter,” said Police Commissioner Bill Bratton. “These exercises are vitally necessary, particularly in light of all that’s going on in the world at this point in time.”

11- Las Vegas
While largely overlooked in the aftermath of the shooting, authorities in Vegas had actually just recently completed a three day terror attack simulation drill. As reported at the time by the local Las Vegas CBS affiliate, “Authorities will stage a mock terrorism drill that will take place on the Strip, at the Clark County Government Center, and at the Las Vegas Convention Center.” It wasn’t just local authorities involved in staging this drill however as “more than 70 local, state, and federal agencies helped plan the exercise.”

JFK Witness Unnatural Deaths

Coincidentally, an actuary for the London Sunday Times calculated a 1 in 100,000 trillion probability of 18 material witness deaths (13 unnatural) in the three years following the JFK assassination. The actuary apparently assumed 454 witnesses based on the average mortality rates for the period. The Warren Commission interviewed 552 total witnesses. The CIA indicated 418 testified in person.
