The NY Democratic Primary Quiz

Richard Charnin
April 23, 2016

There were 1307 NY Exit Poll  respondents at 9 pm and 1391 at the final – an increase of just 84 respondents.  Adjustments made to force the final 1391 exit poll to match the recorded vote in all exit poll categories are mathematically impossible. Therefore, the recorded vote was also mathematically impossible. The impossible adjustments are irrefutable proof of election fraud.

Let’s review the adjustments as a quiz.

1. At 9pm, Clinton had a) 51%, b) 52%, c) 53%
2. Clinton won the recorded vote with a) 57.3%, b) 57.7%, c) 57.9%
3. She had 28% of 18-29 year-olds. In the final she had a) 33%, b) 35%, c) 37%
4. She had 45% of males. In the final she had a) 49%, b) 50%, c) 51%
5. She had 71% of blacks. In the final she had a) 74%, b) 75%, c) 76%
6. She had 57% of Democrats. In the final she had a) 60%, b) 61%, c) 62%
7. She had 55% of Urban voters. In the final she had a) 59%, b) 60%, c) 62%
8. At 9pm, Urban voters comprised 55% of the total vote.
At the final, they comprised a) 62%, b) 64%, c) 66%

9. At 9pm, Clinton had 680 (52%) of 1307 respondents. She had 802 (57.9%) at the final (1391), an increase of 122 among the 84 final respondents.
This was a) a polling error, b) of no consequence, c)an absolute indicator of fraud.
10. At 9pm, Sanders had 622 (48%) and 589(42.1%) at the final, a 33 vote decline.
This was a) a polling error, b) of no consequence, c)an absolute indicator of fraud.

11.The probability of the 11.8% exit poll discrepancy from the recorded vote is
a) 1 in 91,000, b) 1 in 94,000, c) 1 in 102,000
12. The probability that Sanders exit poll share would be greater than his recorded share in 21 of 23 primaries is a) 1 in 13,000, b) 1 in 30,000, c) 1 in 40,000
13. In the NY Cumulative Vote Share analysis, Sanders and Clinton were tied after
a) 400,000, b) 500,000, c) 600,000 of 1.79 million total votes

    Hello Mr. Charnin,
I just found your site today. It’s fantastic. Thank you for all your work here.
I was wondering if you had information regarding where voting machines were used versus paper / other forms of vote recording.
I want to make a map of the machines in hopes of finding some patterns.

    Thank you for your time.

Can you calculate about how many actual voters have voted for Bernie based on exit polls and including caucuses?

I want to share it with the Bernie campaign and also on social media ASAP as tomorrow I am expecting a ton of vote flipping and fractioned tallies for Bernie,

Assuming 3 million votes in 13 caucus states in which he has 65%, he is leading by nearly 1 million votes.
In the 22 primaries, exit polls indicate that he is about one million votes behind.
Therefore, a rough guess is that the race is tied.

Thanks would there be a simple way to factor in the amount of purged voters?

My gut tells me this is true – it is a tie, in actuality.

Pat, Richard can correct me if I’m wrong but I think in New York, you can pretty much tell which counties use voting machines and which ones don’t by simply looking at a map where Bernie won vs where HRC won: http://www.nytimes.com/elections/results/new-york

Pretty much, Bernie won in the counties that do not use voting machines. HRC won in counties that do use voting machines.

Where are the exceptions to this Richard, if any?

You will have to figure that out for yourself. I’m too busy with other matters.

Well first of all with the exception of caucuses, I believe, that use paper only, all primaries in the country use machines. You can go to balletopedia to see what machines are used where, but in NY the optical scanner system, also totally hackable, though in a different way from Diebolds, etc., is used.

Richard, I wanted to tell you how happy I am to hear you are serving as an expert witness in John Brakey’s AZ Voter Fraud case against the Sec. of State!!! I’m also very happy to learn this case IS going forward even though the state and several counties tried to stop it! AND… unlike the lawsuit started by the DNC, this suit does address irregularities that INCLUDE evidence of voter machine fraud!! I’m so hopeful this will raise awareness of this important issue as Bernie Sanders would say, “YUUUUUGELY!”

Richard, can you please post on your blog when you testify, links to any video of your testimony if it exists, how it goes, what you present, etc?

Also, I read somewhere, I think on your blog, that only two more states have “official” exit polls scheduled. I this true and which states if so?

Regarding the idea of citizen exit polls that won’t be “adjusted” (fixed/fraud), I found this post on a Reddit sub… don’t know much about it yet but found the stat very interesting and I’m hoping this helps prove voting machine fraud that we all know is most likely going to occur in California!

“Daniel H. Wolf · University of California, San Diego
In a recent Harvard/U of Australia study of the the fairness of the electoral systems of 47 long-term democracies, the US was #47. It is possible that dozens of members of Congress won illegitimately, and ditto many state legislative members, who use their positions to redistrict and bake-in the ability to continue to defraud the voters.

Democracy Counts!, a California nonprofit (in formation), has developed a real-time citizen audit system that will expose fraud and produce direct evidence sufficient to go into court the next morning to request an injunction against certifying the results until an internal investigation is done. We are doing a beta test in the June 7 California primary and will roll the audit out for real in at least the battleground states on November 7. Anyone who wants to be a citizen auditor can join. www dot democracycounts dot org.”

I’m going to try to find more info on that stat now… if you happen to have it handy, I’ll also check back here.

I assume that John Brakey will post the video. I will post if he wants me to.

Others didn’t have the heart to expose the discrepancies in our USA experiment in Democracy voting structure, the last time it was so obvious. #powertothepeople. Now, dirty tricks of two party/club politics & media are more transparent, you think? http://is.gd/tpT2aq It’s another numbers game, isn’t it. Thank you.
