SMOKING GUN! APPROXIMATELY 15% OF BERNIE’S VOTES WERE FLIPPED TO CLINTON IN CALIFORNIA

In California on Election Day, Clinton led Sanders 56.4-43.6%.

Sanders leads in votes counted since Election Day by 52.3-47.7% . These include mail-ins, crossover ballots, provisional ballots and others. The votes have been individually verified. That is a whopping 17.4% discrepancy in margin from Election Day.

It appears that nearly 15% of Sanders’ votes were flipped to Clinton on maliciously-coded voting machines and central tabulators. View the CA Update spreadsheet.

In addition, thousands of  provisional ballots may have been shredded.

Sanders’  post Election Day share exceeded his Election Day share in  ALL 58 counties. The probability of this occurrence is ZERO.

Poll workers claim that 50% to 90% of voters who were supposed to have been eligible to vote in the Democratic primary were told they would have to vote using provisional ballots.  There were two reasons for this:

1- Previously registered voters’ names had been removed from the rolls.

2- Some were marked as vote by mail voters – but they had received no ballot in the mail.  Virtually all who were not  allowed to vote and forced to vote provisional ballots were Bernie Sanders supporters.

Poll workers in Los Angeles and Orange County report that Bernie won the electronic votes in their precincts by well over a 2 to 1 margin, the opposite of the vote count.  The contrast indicates vote-flipping.

If you add the lower figure of 50% of voters who were not allowed to vote regular ballots for Bernie to the votes he received, you wind up with a substantial Sanders landslide victory in California.  The primary beneficiary of the fraud is Hillary Clinton.

EARLY VOTER EXIT POLL – A 23% DISCREPANCY

Election Justice USA is a voter advocacy non-profit organization which demands a hand audit of the early mail-in ballots.  It asserts that the Capitol Weekly early-voter exit poll conducted across the state of California yielded a 23 percent discrepancy in Los Angeles vote-by-mail ballots compared to the actual results. In Los Angeles area polling of the early round of mail-in voters, Hillary Clinton  lead over Bernie Sanders was less than 10 percent.

“The discrepancy cannot be easily explained by demographic factors: the results of the Capitol Weekly exit poll were weighted by age and race. Moreover, the exit poll had 21,000 respondents, and was praised–prior to election night–by mainstream elections journalists, including Nate Cohn of the New York Times. While no exit poll can prove fraud, a significant exit polling discrepancy such as this constitutes cause for alarm, especially one of this magnitude. It’s also sufficient cause for immediate action: voters should bring pressure to bear on officials and demand an expanded hand audit.”

Provisional Ballots

Acclaimed BBC reporter, author and election fraud expert Greg Palast exposed the fraud in Florida in 2000. In How California is being stolen from Sanders right now he wrote“As I’ve previously reported, provisional ballots are “placebo” ballots that let you feel like you’ve voted, but you haven’t. Provisional ballots are generally discarded.”

Simple California Vote Share Model

There was no exit poll, so let’s assume the following.
a) Party-ID: 57% Independents vs. 43% Democrats
(estimated based on 2014-2016 surveys)
b) Sanders won 70% of Independents

Result:
Clinton needed an implausible 85% of Democrats to match her 53.5% share.

Party-ID….PCT…… Sanders….Clinton
IND……… 57.0%….. 70.0%….. 30.0%
DEM…….. 43.0%…….15.3%….. 84.7%
Total…….100.0%….. 46.5%….. 53.5%
Recorded……………. 46.5%….. 53.5%

Sensitivity Analysis

What if: Clinton had 65% of Democrats?
Sanders would have won by 55-45%.

Assume Independents 57% vs. 43% Democrats
………………………..Sanders% IND
Sanders…….. 55% 60% 70% 75% 80%
% DEM……… Sanders Vote share
45%………….. 51% 54% 59% 62% 65%
40%………….. 49% 51% 57% 60% 63%
35%………….. 46% 49% 55% 58% 61%
30%………….. 44% 47% 53% 56% 59%
25%………….. 42% 45% 51% 54% 56%

So, now we KNOW what we suspected.
Those two DNC caused firewall “failures” were a modern version of Watergate.
I was right all along. Hillary Clinton really IS #NixonInPantsuits!

I guarantee you that you won’t be able to tie this to $Hillary. She’s a very clever crook and makes sure her hands remain clean. Wassermann will likely fall on the sword for this.

Even with her being caught dead to rights with the Guccifer dumps, I’m not sure it’ll matter. Obama seems to be playing CYA for her…

Proving this happened in Cal, doesn’t prove it happened in other states. The establishment will just tell us that the only thing that matters is defeating the Donald

They can say that all they want and I will not be voting for any kind of supposed “lesser” Evil this year.
Frankly, I see 2 full evils and 2 decent candidates, so I’ll choose one of the decent ones.
If DNC idiots want to be upset about that they can point at themselves for running a known corporate fascist.

Please, somebody correct me if I am wrong, because counties do things differently. But the big problem with Charnin’s California “analysis” is that almost no “mail-in” ballots are hand-counted. They are virtually all scanned and machine counted. The entire premise is bogus.

No, your caustic statement is uncalled for.

In California on Election Day, Clinton led Sanders 56.8-43.2% in Total Votes Cast. Sanders leads in Updates since Election Day by 51.1-48.9% . The updates include mail-ins, crossover ballots, provisional ballots and others. Technically, these votes are probably not all hand-counted, although we have been told that they have been individually verified.

It appears that nearly 15% of Sanders’ votes were flipped to Clinton on maliciously-coded voting machines and central tabulators.

Sanders hand-counted share exceeded his machine-counted share in virtually ALL 58 counties. The probability of this occurrence is ZERO. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1sGxtIofohrj3POpwq-85Id2_fYKgvgoWbPZacZw0XlY/edit#gid=1323002420

Cheer up Bernie people! Bernie is on his way to winning the nomination! He needs our support more than ever! The corporate media are full of tricks and in fact they have been harassing our candidate to go along with voting for Clinton since he entered the race !! Due to the billionaire ownership, many reporters seem forced to comply with unethical reporting. They keep the public blind to the facts such as the election fraud law suit currently being pursued! Bernie Sanders knows what he is doing! He is waiting patiently for the true results of this democrat election process. Don’t forget Judicial Watch and the FBI have uncovered more facts about the Clinton’s and their numerous shady scandals. Clinton is neck to neck with Trump in many important states. Bernie is encouraging more citizens to get involved and possibly run for office! We each need to write another nice letter today to the super delegates in our state demanding the support of the super delegates to help us elect an honest, intelligent, experienced Bernie Sanders as the nominee for the democrat party in July! As an Independent, if Senator Sanders is not the democrat nominee, I will relay in my letter today, that I will be voting for the Green party. I will go with my conscious and refuse to vote for the hand who cheated me. Please share this post and have a great day!

You are deluded, Peggy. He’s thrown in the towel. There’s no one leading the revolution. The revolution is dead. Bernie said today that he’s voting for her. Fuck him. He can do what he wants. I’m still voting for him.

Real revolution does not succeed by blaming people who are in people. Real revolution identifies the actual laws and statutes that are harming the non-elite, and votes in the changes.

Here it is – I think you will read and like it – this letter you can copy and send to your super-delegates. Google them by state – they will be listed so you can Contact them This is the most important urgent thing you can do now for Bernie. We can still Elect Bernie! Copy and paste letter into your Word program. You can make changes. You can then email Super-delegates. or fax, or snailmail. Please – forward this to everyone on your Facebook page and don’t forget your Emails lists too. Bernie Forever!

      Dear Super Delegate, Date

Please read this letter. May I have your attention and deep consideration for what I am about to write. It concerns your vote at the Democratic Convention in July. You have a choice to make of historical importance. Does Democracy matter? You will choose.
As you know, until the Convention the winner is not decided. If you are pledged to vote for Hillary Clinton, I urge you to read these arguments as to why you should change your mind – which you have every right to do, and vote for Bernie Sanders.

      1. Hillary is under investigation by the FBI and may be indicted for criminal lawbreaking at any time. She should not be running for President under these circumstances. Any possible cover-ups will be exposed by Trump and others during the election.

      2. Bernie Sanders can beat Trump by double digits. He represents the new leader of the 21st century of the stature and character of FDR, our great President Roosevelt. We should not take a chance on Hillary.
If she loses it would be a disaster for our country. Hillary as you know is very unpopular with Republicans and independents. As always, the independent voters will swing the election. It would be an uphill battle with a doubtful outcome to try to get Hillary elected.

      3. Voter Fraud is the elephant in the room. Any one paying attention and I assure you a lot of us are, realizes Bernie Sander has won this election by a landslide. You have no duty to elect Hillary since she lost the popular vote and in fact you have a duty to our Democracy to elect Sanders.
The evidence is overwhelming that people within the Democratic Party have stolen the election; there is evidence of this in every state in the union except perhaps one. You are aware. Go to: we are change .org/media-blackout-elephant-room-incredible-election-fraud-favor-hillary-clinton/

      4. Millions of new voters, mostly younger adults have registered to vote in the Democratic Party and also as independents in order to vote for Bernie Sanders. How will this impact the Democratic Party’s future? The younger generation is watching carefully. Will they see that the Democratic Party took their vote and looked the other way when voter fraud was obvious and rampant? Will they move against the Democratic Party? I think they will. I believe it is in the interest of the party and in your interest to stand against voter fraud and elect Bernie Sanders at the Democratic Convention in July. Can the party afford to alienated millions?

I ask you to look deeply into your heart to do what is right for our country. You have the opportunity to elect someone who will protect our environment, defend the middle class, act with integrity on the world stage, and reject agreements that will hurt American workers, curb Wall Street and Bankers greed, and support Education. You will make History, for good or for ill. Will it be a history you will be proud of? Yes, this vote might even cost you something politically. But what would it cost you morally? You can stand up for America against corruption, you can make the Democratic Party strong or you can fail the test presented to you. I ask you; please make the right choice, vote for Bernie Sanders at the Democratic Convention in July. Make your grandchildren proud of you. Make us, the American people proud of you.

      Respectfully,

Thank you. I’ve copied it and will paste it on my own page. All Bernie supporters need to get involved. NPR and other media sources say Bernie has said he will vote for Clinton but what they are not saying is that if he is not the nominee and it is between her and Trump he will vote for her. He’s not conceding and people that has even a little insight can read between the lines. I will vote Green if he doesn’t run 3rd party or if he concedes to Shillary. Until then, we need to continue our support because a whole lot is now happening, and it’s critical in making our voices heard!

CA Secretary of State Alex Padilla actively campaigns for Hillary. He’s a big part of the problem here. You can’t exactly complain to the fraudulent party and expect anything. In fact, I think Padilla is next Debbie Wasserman Schultz. Hopefully Padilla’s blatant tampering with the democratic process will be his political downfall. Another casualty of HRCorruption.

I would like additional confirmation on this story which indicates that the standard of “voter’s intent” will be applied in a limited area, and should be demanded to be applied to all recounts in California. What would a RICO case make of this particular manner of suppressing votes when voters’ intent is clear and obvious:

      https://m.reddit.com/r/SandersForPresident/comments/4pavdo/the_provisional_ballots_strike_back_2_weeks_after/

      r/SandersForPresident
The Provisional Ballots Strike Back! 2 weeks after Election Day Extremely Important California Primary Update
      u/JohnnyKDangers4d, 14h

I am reading from Nomi, a ballot supervisor in LA County, that a huge number of voters were mistakenly given Democratic provisional ballots by poll workers in LA County instead of NPP/crossover Democratic just as award winning investigative journalist Greg Palast warned would happen a week before the election. She states “For the record, I have never even SEEN an “NPP/crossover Democratic” ballot. Throughout the whole campaign, we, and hundreds of thousands of others, apparently, assumed a Dem ballot and a crossover Dem ballot were the same thing.”

Naomi’s tiny ballot supervising team did not give up! They worked hard to have people’s votes be counted as should happen in any democratic country. The big news… (an excerpt from Nomi’s post)

“The chief executive took us into a little area down the hallway on the 5th floor, where we received the groundbreaking report:

“I have a bit of good news for you. I want you to know that we looked into it, and we agree that this issue falls under the category of voter intent. We want you to know that we have decided to count every Democratic ballot cast by an NPP voter.” -Aaron Nevarez, Chief Executive Assistant of the Los Angeles Voters Registrar

Now that 66,500 NPP voters’ Democratic ballots will be counted in Los Angeles as of around 1:00pm yesterday, this could mean the recovery of up to 580,000 uncounted votes in California. That’s an eighth of the votes of the state. We have 16 days to get the word out to Secretary of State Alex Padilla and every county in California, who need to follow LA’s lead and get those votes in.

      snip

Never ever underestimate the power of people vehemently pursuing love and truth.

      OUR VOICES ARE THE REVOLUTION.

And no, this is will not be on the news. So please share it.”

      Love, Nomi

Thank You Nomi from #AllofUs! Now the hard work and where you come in Bernie supporters! We must demand that the intent of the voter respected and their votes counted. Call Secretary of State Alex Padilla and more importantly call or go to your county where they count the provisional ballots (the public is welcome) and demand the voter’s intent be respected and their votes counted!

I would like to send letters to some news outlets about this, and possibly start a petition to the CA Secretary of State for a hand recount of the earlier mail-in ballots. Can you please be so kind and email me a larger, more legible version of your graphic above? I will be sure to credit you.

I would also be grateful if you could provide links in the body of your post for all sources related to its content — for instance, the pollworkers who said more people were voting for Sanders, and the sources of your info regarding the vote numbers. Also, as of which date is the data in the graphic based on?

For the sake of accuracy: these are the votes that came in on election day or later, right? — Not a sampling from the previous mail-in ballots? Aren’t people just going to say, “Early voters were more likely to vote for Clinton,” and disregard this? How would you respond to that?

Many thanks for your efforts on behalf of our democracy.

Where is the source of Sanders lwading in hand counted mail-in votes? Is there a website showing those figures?

And what about the day-of votes, any comparisons there yet?

I also thought someone did an independent exit poll for day-of voting in California… whatever happened to that?

This needs to be double checked… But, if true:

BERNIE DELEGATES DO NOT JOIN THE DNC CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT…Yet.

Not necessarily if Clinton and DWS are as contemptuous as we know they are. The lawsuit 104 Bernie backers are joined in the class-action lawsuit by 17 others who claim the system of choosing a nominee for the party was rigged and its chair, long-time Clinton insider DWS, is to blame.

      https://www.rt.com/usa/349277-sanders-lawsuit-wasserman-schultz/

Primarily basing their case on information leaked by “Guccifer 2.0” in June, which was allegedly lifted from DNC servers, claimants state that in reality, “the DNC was biased in favor of one candidate – Hillary Clinton – from the beginning and throughout the process.”

While they are unlikely to win the lawsuit, the response will force Bernie to go third party:

      1. We have gotten reports that DNC may be threatening to “de-credential” delegates who choose to participate in #DNCLawsuit class action.

      2. @TheDemocrats respond to #DNCLawsuit by threatening to yank credentials, instead of merits of case. https://www.facebook.com/DNCfraudlawsuit/posts/617024095127069

If they “de-credential” the Bernie delegates, the jig is up and Bernie/Stein wins with 39% of the vote!

So, what are we waiting for!!! We all have a right to sue the DNC for election fraud, as well as Debbie Wasserman Schultz, for commandeering the blackout of Bernie!!! Onward to every other state that is suspect!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is YUUUUUUUGGGGGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would like to know who allowed this to happen???? if this was you or me we would be put in jail.Hillary and Donald are the ones that should be put in jail.there are 3 things that need to happen.#1 get rid of the lobbyists.#2 get rid of the special interest groups.#3 allows congress and Senate to 2 terms. And let we the people vote on it not congress.

Your comment regarding limiting congressional terms is interesting. While I agree we should have term limits for all THREE branches of government (if you are going to limit the executive, you should limit all three although I suppose some would argue that “Death” or “retirement” is the “term limit” for the judicial branch but I digress), the people never have a direct vote on it.

I am guessing you do not know much about what you are suggesting, so let me try to help. The constitution sets the terms of the branches of government. Therefore, in order to change the terms you have to amend the constitution itself. A constitutional amendment must be proposed and passed by both the House and Senate (2/3 vote requirement of present quorum, which is different than 2/3 of the entire elected membership – an important distinction) OR by a Constitutional Convention if called for by 2/3 of the collective states (currently 34). Once that process is completed, it is sent to the states for ratification. That ratification is done by either (a) the state legislators (state house/senate body) OR (b) by a state ratifying convention. Option B has only been executed once (21st amendment). It should also be noted that Congress has the right to choose which option is used for ratification.

So, no, the people do not have (ever) any direct vote in a constitutional amendment OTHER than the vote you cast when you elected your congressional representation, senators and state legislators. After that, they control it … and though you may not be able to vote directly you certainly could try to sway their vote. If the “Feel the Burn” movement has proved anything, it is that an idea can move millions – the question is just, is it enough? I digress again. Anyway, I realize that you didn’t ask for this answer so maybe you don’t care but I feel too that far too many Americans do not even understand our Constitution. If you did, you might become even more vigilant in its defense (as I am) because you will see how often it is violated by those who swear to uphold it.

Go to the san fran boe site and pull the data by precinct. The flipping is occurring in the tabulators. Look at the voter participation percents in the vbm precincts. Half of them show over 70% and at least 10 in 90’s. One is 112%. So there is more than just flipping.

    Dawn,

Thanks for the info. I will check it out.

If they took 15% from one candidate, that would mean that the other candidate ended up with the other 15%. So that would mean Sanders wins by 10%.

I was just as fooled about Bernie as all of you.. all talk, but no back bone.. either that or she has something on him. Bern now says he’ll vote for her. I will never ever vote for her. I will vote for Jill Stein, Green Party. ALSO, HER COHORTS DID NO EXIT POLLING ON NJ AND CALIF. Bernie isn’t stupid, he saw all of this happening and was a coward .. never said one word against her being CRIMINALLY investigated which any other candidate would do. Now he is formulating a platform foundation for her ?? He says it’s for the Dem Party to change. He knows she won’t follow the suggestions he gives. She would do what she wants. THERE IS SOMETHING HERE WE DON’T KNOW. HE SHOULD BE FIGHTING NOW TO SUE HER FOR ALL THE VOTER FRAUD. HE PROBABLY WON THE PRIMARY BUT HE REFUSES TO FIGHT FOR IT. I DON’T WANT THAT KIND OF PERSON FOR MY PRESIDENT. AND THE LETTERS YOU WRITE TO SUPER DELEGATES ARE GREAT GESTURES BUT THEY WON’T CHANGE. DON’T YOU GET IT .. ALL OF THIS IS RIGGED. IT’S LIKE ASKING PEOPLE WHO OWE HER SOMETHING TO TURN AGAINST HER. SHE HAS BILLIONES AND BUYS EVERYBODY. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. VOTE FOR AN HONEST WOMAN AND FORGET ABOUT BERNIE .. AS MUCH AS IT PAINS ME TO SAY IT, TODAY I CRIED WHEN I HEARD HE SAID HE WOULD VOTE FOR HER. SOMETHING IS UP .. THE DIRT WILL COME OUT IN THE WATER. Lorraine, PA

      June 26, 2016 at 4:12 am

      Lorraine,

First of all, Bernie has NOT said that he would vote for Hillary!!! He said that he would do everything within his power to defeat Trump … but that’s not the same thing as saying that he would vote for Hillary! He said that they were in discussions … and they were trying to work things out, which as of yet have not worked out very well, based on what the platform committee has adopted so far … but he did not commit to endorsing her, and there’s a very strategic reason for that! Unless she comes around to adopting more of the progressive planks that we need to see from the Democratic party, he will not endorse her nor encourage any of us to vote for her … you can count on that. Moreover, there’s a good chance that Bernie could still come out of the convention with the nomination … depending on what happens with the FBI investigations. Everybody in the mainstream media wants to ignore that as if there was nothing to be found there, but that’s not true! There’s a lot to be found, and it’s not just Hillary … it’s Bill and Chelsea, too… the Clinton Foundation, the Hillary Victory Fund, the sale of weapons deals to foreign countries in exchange for “speaking fees” and donations to the Clinton Foundation, misuse of charitable foundation funds …LOTS OF STUFF!!! Truth is, the Clintons belong in prison, not in the White House again!

Now, if you want to know what to do about the election rigging … not only in California, but in the rest of the country as well, here is a website for you to check out. It is about a law firm in Florida owned by a husband and wife (both lawyers) which has decided to file a lawsuit against the DNC and the Clinton campaign for fraudulently rigging the Democratic primary elections … and they’re filing this as a class action suit. If you at any point contributed to Bernie Sanders’ campaign … or, for that matter, to Martin O’Malley’s campaign, you are eligible to join as a plaintiff in the class. You can read all about the lawsuit here: http://jampac.us/2016/06/21/dnc-fraud-class-action-lawsuit/. If you would like to join the class, you should send an email to the law firm at dncfraud@jampac.us and let them know that. They will tell you how to engage their services as your attorneys. Once the lawsuit is filed, the DNC will be scrambling to cover their asses and distance themselves from Hillary … and the “Super Delegates” … who might well be considered co-conspirators …will need to think long and hard before voting for her at the convention on July 25th. At that point, the only logical thing for the Democratic party to do is nominate Bernie.

    • Frank Spitzig

      June 26, 2016 at 4:41 am

      Lorraine

First of all, Bernie did NOT say he would vote for Hillary!!! He said he would do everything in his power to defeat Trump, which is not the same thing. He also said that he and Hillary were in conversations trying to reach agreements … which, based on the decisions of the platform committee over the past couple of days, have not been going too well … so I am not holding out a lot of hope that Bernie will end up endorsing her!!!

Secondly, there is ample reason to believe that Bernie could leave the convention in Philadelphia as the nominee of the Democratic party after all! It may depend on what happens with the FBI investigations and whether they indict Hillary … and while they’re at it, maybe Bill, too! … but that’s another twist … for crimes she committed while she was Secretary of State. It’s not only that she compromised national security (which she did … which was against the law, and she knew it) by sending classified emails on an unsecured personal account and server … but probably more egregiously, she used the State Department like her own private “War Store” … where any country willing to pay her price could buy whatever war toys they wanted from American arms dealers once they made sizeable “donations” to the Clinton Foundation or paid “speaking fees” for Bill to talk to them. This, too was illegal, and she should be prosecuted for it! Whether or not she will might depend on the leanings of her buddy Barak Obama … who conveniently came out and endorsed her even before the California votes had been counted!!! Now isn’t that interesting … and he’s a “Super Delegate”, too! But if the FBI comes out with an indictment of Hillary, it will render her ineligible to run any longer … in which case the Democratic party would pretty much have to nominate Bernie.

And then there’s the matter of the voter fraud involved in the Democratic primaries … not only in California, but throughout the country … and what can or should be done about it. Well, here is a website you can visit that will bring you up to speed. Once this lawsuit hits, the DNC will be scrambling to distance themselves from Hillary, and the “Super Delegates … who might well be considered co-conspirators … will have to think long and hard before casting their final vote for her, or switching to back Bernie for the nomination. Trust me on this, folks … it’s not over yet!!!

This happened to me!! And I canvassed and volunteered for Bernie in CA. I went to vote but was handed a provisional ballot because all of a sudden I was “vote by mail” even though I’ve never voted by mail in my 20 years of voting! I would never choose to do that, and I never received a ballot in the mail. Hhmmmm… Our #1 delegate was also forced to vote with a provisional, he all of a sudden didn’t appear on the registration form even though he double checked it a few weeks before Election Day.

Being 59, I finally have had some real time to do research on the Democratic Primary this time around. My son told me about Bernie and really what he is about. I took my time and went through what I could find and was impressed. Not totally though, I would say I’m on board on his format bout 75%. I did some homework on Hillary and am appalled by her and Bill’s past. I feel very comfortable saying that the two are very corrupted. I’m even more convinced that she is the mastermind of most all the schemes the two have concocted. It’s more of a relationship to build some sort of financial and power structure for each of them. She is very well aware of Bill’s many flings and that says a lot in itself. She is very, very bright, very cunning and calculated. She has taken control of the party and you are either in or you are out. I believe other Dem. office holders are in some type of fear of her or else they want a piece of of the tax payer pie also.

Bernie has to be very careful, as he and we know very well, the media, the DNC and the “in place” large corporate structure would like to silence him. I fear for the man’s life myself. If this current picture turns around and there is a ground swell for Senator Sanders, he would be on the cusp of
of a real revolution. I’m sure he, and the people he has around him realize much more than what we know.
I can only hope somehow that the people take the voter fraud very seriously. Mainstream media has shown us their cards and their holding off of course. It’s only a big deal if it’s reported that way. Keep the faith, apathy is not acceptable.

Neal, if you want to read some real eye-opening info about the Clint. who have an open marriage, allegedly, and who allegedly are connected to 89 bodies, Mr. Stone came out with a book about two months ago about them. If he and his co-writer were lying the Clint. would have sued him by now.
Much of their “tricks” were started at the Rose Law firm in Arkansas where ’til this day, allegedly the lover of “hc’ was found dead in the woods and some little boys’
bodies were found dead near the body. The police surmise, allegedly, that the little boys were playing in the woods and witnessed the body being dragged into woods. Not long ago, the Clint. daughter was asked if she knew who her real, biological father was and she had a rehearsed answer and immediately, allegedly, uttered something about her being so proud of her parents.
      She then said no more.
As far as many on this site who said I was wrong about Bernie s. SAYING THAT HE WOULD VOTE FOR CLINTON, WELL, HE DID SAY IT ON NATIONAL NEWS .. that is one thing that the TV reporters got right about him because it was for the benefit of HC.
In closing, do read Mr. Stone’s book. It’s on all newsstands. And I do feel that I should redact saying that Bernie is a coward. From everything I see he appears to be a decent man who may be afraid for his family’s lives. Bernie, who I worked so hard for, is actually formulating a foundation of proposals for HC in the event she wins. He should not be doing that for her, he should be doing it for his Presidency. However, even if HC is indicted or charged with anything, Pres. Obama can pardon her and I really think he would pardon her because he has, allegedly, in my opinion, a very good reason to pardon her because he e-mailed her through that server and we have yet to find out exactly what their conversation was. Hmmm .. Lorraine L. PENNSYLVANIA

Why stop exit polls? Why declare Puerto Rico put her over the top when super-delegates cannot vote until the convention? Why construct an important election(CA) so that it is not resolved for weeks if ever? Why would SO MANY individual, small donations(unprecedented) not result in election pluralities? It started with Iowa in this particular election cycle. Welcome to the Orwellian world of American politics, younguns! I am pretty old now, and have seen this too often (e.g., 2000, 2004). Bernie has A LOT of power right now, but will he use it? … because TPTB will certainly try hard to diffuse it …

Now we know why exit polls were cancelled by Edison right before California primaries. “Insufficient funds”? NOT! Rather insufficient integrity in the voting process, and they though they could get away with it. Except they didn’t count on the people of California to get the job done the old-fashioned way, hand-counts and doing the exit polling by organizing a separate initiative. I don’t know if the California exit polls have been fully released yet, but I’m sure the data is there somewhere.

I say this delicately, this is all old news; Bernie’s votes have all either been suppressed or flipped to Hillary in every state. California votes are still lying on the floor in some cities. Bernie is either afraid to fight her or he just decided to quit. People who fight her are found dead, missing, or Allegedly, as I have read, she goes after their family members. Bernie knows her and what has happened. He is probably afraid for his family so he quit. All of what I said is a guess about why he decided to call it quits. I am sick and disgusted over this, am voting for Jill Stein, Green Party. I WILL NEVER VOTE FOR HC. SHE IS WORSE THAN TRUMP. HC allegedly bought the Media, newspapers, TV, etc. There were constant blackouts on Bernie on TV ESPECIALLY. It is a sad state of affairs. Lorraine L. Pennsylvania

I am a long time Democrat but I am feeling as if I am being forced out of the party that I have supported for over fifty years! Bernie has brought life back into the party! He has given new hope to millions and their energy should not be wasted! The national Democratic party establishment and the ‘Super Delegates’ are going to have to make some very serious decisions. Either they open the doors and let all the new Bernie supporters into the fold or they close the doors and leave them out in the cold! If they cling to the illusion of power and don’t allow new people in they will be signing the death certificate for the party and forcing many of us out! They will also be giving the election to Trump! The only candidate I feel worth voting for is Bernie Sanders and he is also the only one who is able to beat Trump!

    • Lorraine Liquori

      June 27, 2016 at 6:25 pm

Rachman, I completely agree with you, but have to truthfully say I have always voted since I was 21 and able to vote and absent Bernie, will vote for Jill Stein(In those days 21 was the age you had to be to vote). I’ve been in politics over 50 yrs., met JFK, MLKJr., RFK, and the Clintons, twice.

Thomas Robinson, it is true that anyone can say anything on the internet and you are entitled to some backup. If you want it in book form, you can read the book written by Messrs. Stone and R. Morrow where they describe their book as “‘How Bill and Hillary Clinton systematically abuse women and others-sexually, physically, and psychologically.” In the Vincent Foster murder case, with Foster being a very good “friend” of Hillary, suddenly was found dead in the woods with a
gunshot wound to the head. Given suicide status, as the gun was lying in his hand, it was found
Foster never could have shot himself because the gun was placed in the opposite hand that he was
accustomed to using and also he was given a second autopsy for reasons I won’t go into here.
Mr. Stone, one of authors of book, has tapes that he shares, where you hear actual people’s accounts of how their relatives died mysteriously when they did not “agree” with the Clintons.
I’ve worked w/homicide detectives and may know a little bit more than avge. person.

If you have followed the tallies of each of the states and actually kept records, in folders, as I have,
of the voter count of Bernie Sanders, from start to finish, it is undeniable that Bernie Sanders won the Dem. Primary. If you only relied on the TV, as sparse as the comments were about Sanders, the proof is that for ever 10 minutes or so that either Clinton or Trump got air time, Bernie was lucky to get anywhere from a few seconds to absolutely nothing. Over 400 delegates were given to Clinton before Bernie even entered the race .. how much more proof do you want, Thomas.? Do some homework. Hillary was the appointed one, man!
But Bernie came up from 3.8% and surpassed her. He had the DNC working against him, the RNC against him, but he had the people with him and he appears to be the most
honest person of the bunch. IF HILLARY IS INDICTED, my prediction ON RADIO, August of 2015, was Bernie Sanders would win the election BY A LANDSLIDE. If she is indicted Obama may pardon her.. We in Philly are waiting for Bernie and the reception will be warm and supportive, Philly knows how to throw a party, and I will be there! But we have an uphill battle because the “Hill” will agree to anything and then turn around and do what she wants. TIME WILL TELL. ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE. . such GREAT THINKERS on this website! Change can only be effective BT starting at the top and working down. I can not wait as a democrat to cast my ballot for Trump in November.

    Mr. Charmin,

I am a resident of Connecticut and would like to get a lawsuit going against the state over election fraud. Can you give me some advice on how to proceed? Thanks

Lawyers often take wording and ideas from past or existing cases to save time and money.

The following organization and these lawyers might help advise you or might know an attorney in Connecticut. I believe they have three lawsuits ongoing in California over different aspects of voting rights and election officials needing to follow the law:

I love your work, Mr. Charmin. It has been a very valuable check on election fraud, which otherwise gets shamefully neglected by the media.

I do have a question about these county results. In most states where there was election fraud, it was mainly 1 or 2 or a few populous counties where the Democratic machine had a strong presence, where votes went inordinately for Clinton, while the rest of the state went pretty consistently to Sanders. In California, it seems that they virtually all (except Mono) shifted towards Clinton. Does this have to do with a systemic problem with California voting machines that covers the whole state rather evenly, or because the write-in votes were counted at the beginning, & subsequent ballot counts have been election day results (or a combination of both). How do you separate the two?

Fraud was, as usual, concentrated in the urban areas: LA, San Diego, SF
Sanders led in virtually all counties after Election Day
It was by the combination: strip and flip.

“Sanders’ post Election Day share exceeded his Election Day share in ALL 58 counties. The probability of this occurrence is ZERO.”

It is not zero once it is conditioned on the fact that a disproportionate amount of those later-counted ballots were from voters who were NPP and thus given provisional ballots. Those ballots would also not include early mail-in ballots, which more strongly favored Clinton than election-day ballots. Both of these would lead to more Bernie ballots in the later-counted ballots than in those counted in the official election vote. I have no doubt, however, that the vote was rigged.

Good point. But…you are assuming there was ZERO fraud in the early absentee ballots and that Hillary won them overwhelmingly.
Assuming a fair election, the probability P that Bernie would gain share after Election Day in all 58 counties is ZERO.
      P = .5^58 = 3.47E-18 = 1 in 288,230,376,151,712,000 (1 in 288,000 trillion).
That’s like a basketball player who is a 50% foul shooter sinking 58 in a row.
      It’s ZERO.

This is so factually wrong that I don’t even know where to begin. For one California voting machines have no mechanism to be hacked on Election Day seals are logged and verified by the inspector. As for the 43% independents not all of those would be liberal. All that the change from Election Day shows was a good turnout for VBM ballots. I should know I was a Pollworker.

What about the central tabulators? Can they be hacked?
Of course not all of the Independents would be liberal.
Independents comprised 29% of CA voters in 2014 compared to 43% Democrats.
But Independents comprised 48% of CA voters in 2016 compared to 32% Democrats. That’s 60% of the 2-party mix.
Sanders had at least 65% of Independents.

Why worry, then. With nothing done about the shenanigans in May, June, July, and August–did Clinton support suddenly become honest? I think not.
