JFK: Proving the Warren Commission was a Hoax and Oswald was framed

Reclaiming-Science: The JFK Conspiracy

Online trolls who try to discredit my election fraud analysis say that I am a JFK Conspiracy nut. I must be doing something right. For those who are interested, this is a quick JFK conspiracy course.

It takes just ONE of the following to prove that the Warren Commission was a Hoax and Oswald was framed….

  1. One witness killed to prevent him or her from talking.
  2. One witness killed to keep others from talking.
  3. One bullet more than the three the WC claimed were fired.
  4. One brain of JFK to be missing.
  5. One eyewitness who definitely heard shots from the Grassy Knoll.
  6. One eyewitness who definitely saw a shooter at the Grassy Knoll.
  7. One person to order that Dallas police stand-down.
  8. One person with fake Secret Service credentials at the Grassy Knoll.
  9. One journalist to lie about JFK’s head movement.
  10. One government agency to withhold evidence from investigators.
  11. One person with the power to control the investigation.
  12. One photo of Oswald in front of the TSBD at 12:30 to be tampered with.
  13. One Zapruder frame to be switched or deleted to hide the limo full stop.
  14. One conspirator on his death bed (EH Hunt) to claim Johnson was responsible for the “Big Event”.
  15. One Parkland doctor describing entrance wounds in the neck and 5.5 inches below the collar in the back.
  16. One of 44 Parkland and autopsy witnesses describing a massive exit wound in the back of the skull.
  17. One fingerprint of LBJ hit man Mac Wallace on the TSBD 6th fl.
  18. One cop (Roger Craig) to identify a 7.65 Mauser on the 6th fl.
  19. One cop (Baker) seeing Oswald on the 2nd floor with a coke just 90 seconds after the shots were fired.
  20. One Oswald note to the Dallas FBI (Hosty) destroyed because it may have revealed a plot to kill JFK.
  21. One set of Dr. Humes original autopsy notes description of JFK’s wounds.
  22. One autopsy photo tampered with to hide JFK’s exit wound.
  23. One meeting on Nov. 21 in Dallas attended by Hoover, Johnson, Hunt, Murchison, Nixon, etc.
  24. One photo of Poppy Bush standing in front of the TSBD.
  25. One photo of Gen. Landsdale walking near the three tramps.
  26. One witness (Carolyn Arnold) claiming Oswald was on the first floor of the TSBD at 12:25pm.
  27. One WC member (Ford) to admit he raised the location of JFK’s back wound 5.5 inches.
  28. One HSCA chairman (Sprague) fired for wanting to subpoena the CIA.
  29. One HSCA chairman (Blakey) to admit a CIA cover up years later.
  30. One WC lawyer (Specter) forced to create the physically impossible Single Bullet Theory.
  31. One paraffin test to show that Oswald did not fire a rifle on Nov. 22.
  32. One mob-connected friend (Ruby) of the Dallas police to silence Oswald.
  33. One Dallas police chief (Fritz) to fail to record Oswald’s interrogation.
  34. One Sheriff (Craig) to hear that Tippit was shot at 1:06pm on the radio.
  35. One tampered photo of Oswald’s face superimposed on another body.
  36. One Johnson mistress to claim LBJ said JFK would be taken care of.
  37. One retired Police chief to say: “We don’t have any proof that Oswald fired the rifle, and never did. Nobody’s yet been able to put him in that building with a gun in his hand”.
  38. One eyewitness (Sylvia Odio) to testify that she and her sister identified  Oswald as one of three men who came to her Dallas home on Sept. 25 .
  39. One JFK limo with a bullet entry hole in the windshield.
  40. One Oswald girl friend (Judyth Baker) hired by leading cancer expert Dr. Alton Ochsner to document working with Oswald (“Me and Lee”) and David Ferrie (“David Ferrie”) in  New Orleans  on a secret project to kill Castro.

JFK: Altering and Hiding the Evidence

JFK: Altering the Evidence

Reclaiming Science:The JFK Conspiracy

This is a quick summary of links to the massive evidence that has been altered and hidden.

1. The bullet which entered JFK’s back 5.5″ below the collar never exited. Therefore the Warren Commission’s Single Bullet Theory is a total fraud.

FBI Sibert: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GDNZBfPkbPk
Gerald Ford: http://www.jfklancer.com/Ford-Rankin.html

2. The Zapruder film was altered to hide the fatal head wound and limo stop.
Doug Horne: http://vimeo.com/102327635

3. Dealey Plaza witness testimony was misrepresented.
Testimony: http://www.history-matters.com/analysis/witness/artScience.htm

Witnesses: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AjAk1JUWDMyRdDFSU3NVd29xWWNyekd2X1ZJYllKTnc#gid=65

4. The medical evidence was hidden and altered.
Dr. Charles Crenshaw: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GXZ87gOlKkM
Doug Horne: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-LohiQe2LBg

5. The Oswald backyard photos were proven to be fakes: https://richardcharnin.wordpress.com/2014/06/09/jfk-mathematical-proof-that-the-oswald-backyard-photos-were-faked/

6. The Altgens6 TSBD photo showing Oswald in the doorway was altered: https://richardcharnin.wordpress.com/2014/08/07/10851/

7. The Warren Commission claimed Oswald shot Tippit (who died instantly) at 1:16pm. But at least 10 eyewitnesses said it was no later than 1:06. Since Oswald was seen outside his apartment at 1:04 (0.9 miles from the scene of the murder), the WC had to extend the time of Tippit’s death. The Smoking Gun: Tippit was declared dead at the hospital at 1:16. https://richardcharnin.wordpress.com/2014/12/11/jfk-how-will-the-warren-commission-apologists-explain-the-tippit-timeline/

8.  The HSCA ignored 100 Convenient Suspicious and Unnatural Deaths. The HSCA statistician testified that the witness universe was “unknowable”. But we KNOW that there were 552 Warren Commission witnesses. We can ESTIMATE the number of witnesses called to testify at the Garrison/Shaw trial, the Church Senate Intelligence hearings and HSCA.
https://richardcharnin.wordpress.com/2013/12/31/jfk-witnesses-a-closer-look-at-the-hsca-list-of-21-deaths/

9. Simkin JFK Index: Includes 656 JFK-related important figures, witnesses and possible conspirators. Seventy died suspiciously. Forty-four deaths were ruled unnatural, including 22 homicides. http://spartacus-educational.com/JFKindex.htm

JFK Index……Total…Suspicious deaths
Key figures…..190……10….5.3%
Witnesses……..86……19…22.1%
Researchers….206……..5….2.4%
Conspirators…174……36…20.7%
Total…………..656……70…10.7%

The probability of 44 unnatural deaths among the 656 witnesses from 1964-78 is P= E-41 (one in 1 trillion trillion trillion). The probability of 22 homicidesis P= 6.4E-24 (one in 150 billion trillion). https://richardcharnin.wordpress.com/2013/12/25/jfk-related-unnatural-and-suspicious-deaths-in-the-jfk-calc-spreadsheet-and-simkins-jfk-index/

10: London Sunday Times Actuary: Calculated 100,000 trillion to one odds against 18 material witnesses dying within three years of the assassination. The HSCA statistician falsely claimed that it was impossible to calculate the odds. https://richardcharnin.wordpress.com/2013/07/01/jfk-mysterious-witness-deaths-london-sunday-times-and-hsca-cover-up/

11. Warren Commission: did not disclose that Oswald worked for the ONI,CIA and FBI: http://www.federaljack.com/de-classified-document-admits-lee-harvey-oswald-was-cia/

12. 7.65 Mauser: first identified by four DPD; later morphed to a Carcano. http://www.assassinationresearch.com/v1n2/gtds_2.html

13. The Secret Service: removed JFK protection http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uL9Ezr_V3I8

15. Roger Craig (Dallas sheriff): The Warren Commission ignored his testimony that he saw Oswald get into a Rambler at 12:45. Captain Will Fritz lied when he testified that Craig was not in his office when Oswald confirmed that the Rambler was owned by Ruth Paine. The WC contrived the fiction that Oswald left the TSBD three minutes after the assassination and got in a bus and cab. http://www.ratical.org/ratville/JFK/WTKaP.html

16. Oswald palm prints: planted at the morgue: http://miketgriffith.com/files/palmprint.htm

17. Mac Wallace: fingerprints on the 6th floor of the TSBD were hidden: http://www.lobster-magazine.co.uk/free/lobster68/lob68-mac-wallace.pdf

18. Carolyn Arnold: A TSBD employee, was never interviewed by the Warren Commission. She stated in an FBI interview that she saw Oswald on the first floor of the TSBD at 12:25, five minutes before the assassination. http://22november1963.org.uk/carolyn-arnold-witness-oswald

19. Mary Moorman’s “Badgeman” Polaroid photo
Polaroid photos were harder to forge and alter than other films because of their instantaneous development. The Moorman photo serves as a Rosetta Stone which has allowed researchers to determine whether the Zapruder, Nix and Muchmore films depict altered frames. The photo contradicts the Zapruder Film and shows it has been altered. The field of view shows her to be in one place while the Zapruder film has her in another place several feet away.https://jfkplayersandwitnesses.wordpress.com/2013/08/05/the-mary-moorman-photo/

According to all eyewitnesses, J.D. Tippit was shot no later than 1:06pm. Oswald was standing outside his apartment at 1:04, 0.8 miles from the scene of the murder. So the Warren Commission needed to add ten minutes to the time of the murder to get Oswald at the scene by 1:16. Even that’s a stretch; covering 0.8 miles in 12 minutes (4.0 mph) is very fast walking. This lie was standard operating procedure for the Commission. Witness testimony and physical evidence which proved Oswald’s innocence was ignored or altered to fit the Lone Gunman myth.

And this is the SMOKING GUN: https://22novembernetwork.wordpress.com/2014/11/15/the-murder-of-j-d-tippit-by-s-r-dusty-rohde/comment-page-1/
From the article:
The insert shown above is taken from the actual Certificate of Death, Tippit’s name was misspelled, but the document clearly shows the time and date of death. There is no way Lee Harvey Oswald shot a “living” J.D. Tippit at either 1:15 or 1:16pm. That statement by the Warren Commission was an outright lie. A lie expressed for the sole purpose of deceiving the American public. The Warren Commission had the Tippit documents in their hands, they knew the “legal” time of death, they knew Oswald couldn’t have shot Tippit at 1:15 or 1:16pm, and yet they still chose to tell the lie.

J.D. Tippit could not have been shot at 1:16, his legal and lawful time of death is recorded as 1:16pm. Now why does that matter? Before Tippit was pronounced “dead” at the hospital, he had to be removed from the ambulance, wheeled to the emergency room, transferred off of the ambulance gurney onto the hospital bed. Doctors had to do a quick scan, then attempt to clear an airway and possibly administer CPR in the attempt to save Tippit’s life, all “before” declaring the man officially dead.
————————————————————————–

Note: The death certificate from Methodist Hospital signed by Joe B. Brown lists the time of death at 1:15. The police supplementary offense report states that Dr. Liguori pronounced the officer dead at 1:15. An FBI report dated 11/29/63 that states that Dr. Liguori pronounced the officer dead at 1:25 PM looks like it originally said 1:15 and was changed.

These are the witnesses:
• DPD Channel 1 dispatcher Murray Jackson contacts Tippit at 1:03 to get his location but gets no response.https://jaylipp.fatcow.com/JFK/tippet.html

• Dallas County Sheriff’s Deputy Roger Craig hears of the Tippit shooting at 1:06 over the police radio. http://www.ratical.org/ratville/JFK/WTKaP.pdf

•  T.F Bowley arrives at the scene at 1:10. http://texashistory.unt.edu/ark:/67531/metapth339132/

• According to Warren Commission exhibit 705,  immediately following T.F Bowley’s transmission at 1:10, the DPD dispatcher called over DPD Channel 1 radio that Tippit had been shot. http://www.aarclibrary.org/publib/jfk/wc/wcvols/wh17/pdf/WH17_CE_705.pdf

• Helen Markham signs an affidavit on November 22nd that she was standing at the corner at “approximately 1:06” when she saw Officer Tippit pull over and talk to a man for a few seconds before he exited his vehicle and was shot She maintained a consistent time when she told the Warren Commision that “it wasn’t 6 or 7 minutes after 1” http://jfk.ci.dallas.tx.us/04/0444-001.gif

• Barbara Jeanette Davis signs an affidavit on November 22nd that she heard two shots “shortly after 1 PM”. http://jfk.ci.dallas.tx.us/04/0447-001.gif

• Ted Callaway signed an affidavit on November 22nd that he heard some shots “about 1 PM”. http://jfk.ci.dallas.tx.us/04/0453-001.gif

• Mrs. Margie Higgins of 417 East 10th Street said that “I just looked up at the clock on my television to verify the time and it said 1:06. At that point I heard the shots”. http://thegirlonthestairs.wordpress.com/

• Sam Guinyard signs an affidavit on November 22nd that he heard some shooting “about 1 PM” near Patton and 10th Street. http://jfk.ci.dallas.tx.us/04/0482-001.gif

• Domingo Benavides was driving west along 10th Street when he heard the shooting. Startled by the shots, Benavides pulled his pick-up truck to the curb almost directly across the street from Tippit’s patrol car, and ducked down inside his truck. Benavides informed the Warren Commission that he remained in his pick-up truck “for a few minutes” before exiting. He then went to Tippit and seeing that he was dead used Tippit’s car radio to call for help. When he replaced the microphone he looked up to see DP T. F. Bowley, who signed an affidavit that he arrived and saw “several people were at the scene” and Officer Tippit lying on the street dead. He checked his watch; it was 1:10. He then used the officer’s car radio to call in the murder. http://www.aarclibrary.org/publib/jfk/wc/wcvols/wh6/html/WC_Vol6_0228a.htm

• On January 21st 1964, Albert Austin signed an affidavit saying that “sometime after 1:00 PM” he heard approximately two or three shots and saw a policeman lying in front of a police car on the left front side. http://jfkassassination.net/russ/testimony/austin.htm

• On January 21st 1964, Francis Kinneth signed an affidavit saying that “at approximately 1:00 PM” he heard two or three shots and saw a parked police car and a uniformed police officer lying on the ground. http://jfkassassination.net/russ/testimony/kinneth.htm

• Frank Cimino signed an affidavit on December 3rd that “at about 1:00 PM” he heard four loud noises which sounded like shots. http://jfkassassination.net/russ/testimony/cimino_f.htm

• During the Warren Commission testimony of Officer J. M. Poe, assistant counsel Joseph A. Ball refers to Poe entering a witness-provided description on the dispatcher transcript log at 1:22 PM. According to Poe, by the time he arrived at the scene there were already “150 to 200 people around there” and the ambulance had already left. http://mcadams.posc.mu.edu/russ/testimony/poe.htm

Did the Warren Commission tell the truth about anything? It did not mention that bullets recovered from Tippit’s body were from an automatic and Oswald had a revolver; or the vast majority of Dealey Plaza witnesses heard or saw shots from the Grassy Knoll. It never mentioned the Zapuder film; or the impossible Magic Bullet which entered JFK’s back 5.5″ below the collar and never exited; or the JFK Limo coming to a full stop; or the “double-bang” of nearly simultaneous shots; or the evidence that Oswald was standing in the Doorway: Billy Lovelady and Wesley Frazier both testified numerous times that Lovelady was standing on the steps in front of Frazier and that he (Frazier) was standing on the TOP level entrance – as was Doorman (Oswald); or the fake Oswald backyard photos; or the 7.65 Mauser initially identified by 5 Dallas police morphing into a Mannlicher Carcano; or why no record of Oswald ordering or taking delivery of the Carcano; or that Oswald was a $200/month FBI informer and CIA asset.

And the clincher: they expect us to believe that Oswald ran from the 6th floor to the second floor lunchroom in 75-90 seconds, seen holding a coke and cool as a cucumber. That’s almost as bad as Oswald’s 2 minute one mile sprint to the Tippit scene. Faster than a speeding bullet. Sure. One fairy tale after another.

Let’s review what these authors had to say: Jim Garrison, Jim Marrs and Jim Douglass

Jim Garrison: “On the Trail of the Assassins”, pg. 110
Garrison met with Craig a few months after his testimony which doomed Craig’s career as a law enforcement officer. He relates Craig’s story about meeting with Capt. Will Fritz in his office where Oswald freely admitted that it was Ruth Paine’s station wagon and did not deny getting into it. Sheriff Buddy Walthers went out to the Paine residence and confirmed that she did have a Nash Rambler station wagon. It is on the record. Neither Fritz nor any other member of the Dallas Homicide division followed up the lead. Fritz later denied that Craig had been in his office at police headquarters or told him about the Rambler. However, a news photo that turned up six years later in Dallas police Chief’s Curry’s autobiography clearly showed Craig was there.

Jim Marrs: “Crossfire”, pg. 318.
Craig said that as he approached the TSBD and asked for someone involved in the investigation, a man in a grey suit told him “I’m with the Secret Service”. Craig testified that the SS agent took no interest or notes of the persons leaving the scene, but he became extremely interested as soon as Craig mentioned the Rambler. It was the only part of Craig’s statement that he took down in the pad he was holding. Regarding Craig and Oswald in Fritz’s office: This was explosive testimony since Oswald had officially made his way home by bus and taxi. Therefore, the Warren Commission stated it could not accept important elements of Craig’s testimony. It went even further, stating that the meeting between Craig and Oswald never occurred. Marrs also mentions that the proof he was there was based on the photo in Curry’s book.

James Douglass: “JFK and the Unspeakable”, pg. 274
After Oswald mentioned Ruth Paine’s station wagon, he said ”Now everyone will know who I am”. At this point Fritz ushered Craig out of his office. It was too late – for the government and for Craig who had seen and heard too much. What Roger Craig would testify to in the years ahead would be corroborated by a parade of other witnesses: Ed Hoffman, Carolyn Walther, James Worrell, Richard Carr, Helen Forrest, James Pennington, Marvin Robinson and Roy Cooper. The Rambler was the getaway car.

Since the Warren Commission decided by that time that Oswald must have escaped in a cab and bus, the WC also disregarded Craig’s account of the dialogue with Oswald in Fritz’s office – because Fritz denied Craig was even there. Craig would also be attacked on the basis of an FBI report that seemed to show Paine did not own a Nash Rambler but rather a 1955 Chevrolet station wagon. Judged in terms of its source, the report proved nothing. The FBI agent who wrote it would later confess to a congressional committee that he was guilty of deliberately destroying key assassination evidence in obedience to his FBI superior’s orders.

By rejecting Roger Craig’s testimony, the Warren Commission could ignore the significance of Oswald’s words to his interrogator, Will Fritz. According to Roger Craig, it was Oswald who said that the car that picked him up was a station wagon owned by Mrs. Paine, who Oswald then defended.

Notes:
Fritz also failed to reveal his notes which surfaced 30 years later. Oswald said he was “out with Bill Shelley in front” at the time of the shooting. Of course, the WC never mentioned the notes.

Craig claimed there were at least 14 instances where his testimony was twisted by Attorney David Belin who interviewed Craig in private. One would think that a witness as critical as Craig would be interviewed in front of the Warren Commission.

In choosing to dismiss Craig’s testimony, the WC relied on the tortured testimony of
– Cab driver Whaley, whose manifest showed he picked up Oswald at 12:30. He failed to identify him in the lineup and his description of Oswald’s clothing was full of contradictory statements.
– Bus driver McWatters could not identify Oswald.
– Bus passenger Mary Bledsoe, who McWatters did not recall seeing on the bus. Her testimony was disjointed and unintelligible. She was Oswald’s former landlady – a perfect witness.

Finally, who is more credible: Roger Craig or…. David Belin, Will Fritz, Ruth Paine, Whaley, McWatters, Bledsoe?

Who had the motive to twist and intimidate testimony, Roger Craig or the Warren Commission? Craig’s motive was to tell the truth as he saw it. The Warren Commission made sure that evidence of a conspiracy was suppressed at all costs and that Oswald was the lone assassin.

Consider the pathetic cab and bus ride testimony and WC motivation to avoid a conspiracy at all costs. We know that someone got into the station wagon based on solid confirmation of Craig’s testimony by at least six witnesses. If the cab/bus ride was a bogus contrivance, then Oswald had to get home some other way. By simple logic, one must assume that he got back in the station wagon – if you believe Craig and the six witnesses. Oswald looked like himself.

Roger Craig stuck to his story to the bitter end.

The famous photo of Oswald holding a Mannlicher-Carcano rifle and a copy of the Daily Worker which appeared on the cover of LIFE magazine convinced millions he was the Lone Assassin. But there were four photos which upon close inspection and a mathematical analysis prove that they were faked.

Philip Stahl has developed a mathematical proof that the photos were faked:
http://brane-space.blogspot.com/2009/11/hany-farids-pixelated-illusions.html
http://brane-space.blogspot.com/2013/11/analysis-of-pixel-diffusion-in-oswald.html

Using differential equation fractal analysis, Stahl shows that the V-shaped shadow under Oswald’s nose is essentially identical in all four photos. Stahl debunks the pixel analysis of software scientist Hany Farid who claimed that the photos were genuine. Farid’s lab was partially funded by the FBI. Very strange.

There is absolutely no change in Oswald’s facial position or expression in the four backyard photos – a physical impossibility. In 1977, Canadian Defense Dept. photographic specialist Major General John Pickard determined that there was a 99% probability the LIFE Magazine cover photo was a fake and noted that each photo was taken from a slightly different angle. When one photo was laid atop another in succession, it is found that nothing matches exactly. Pickard observed: “Yet, impossibly, while one body is bigger – the heads match perfectly.” Very strange.

Judyth Vary Baker wrote this comprehensive essay on Farid’s flawed analysis of the backyard photos. http://www.scribd.com/doc/38733842/Farid-s-Folly-and-the-Lee-Harvey-Oswald-Backyard-Photo-Fiasco

Oswald had worked in a photo lab (Jagger-Chiles-Stovall). He told DPD Captain Will Fritz that his face was superimposed on another body – and that he would prove it. He never had the chance.

Oswald told Fritz that he never owned a Mannlicher-Carcano. http://www.nytimes.com/1997/11/21/us/interrogator-s-notes-say-oswald-denied-assassination-role.html

David von Pein, a Warren Commission apologist, claims that Oswald owned the Mannlicher Carcano: http://jfk-archives.blogspot.com/2010/07/mannlicher-carcano.html

Michael T. Griffith, a well-known JFK researcher, provides substantial evidence that Oswald did not own the rifle: http://michaelgriffith1.tripod.com/faulty.htm

Oswald could have purchased a rifle anonymously at any gun shop in Texas, so why would he buy a Carcano using a traceable mail order as “Alex Hidell” from Klein’s Sporting Goods in Chicago? http://jfklancer.com/pdf/moyer.pdf

Hidell was apparently a cover name for agents. It was also the ID found on Richard Case Nagell, a CIA agent. Nagell became aware of a plan to assassinate JFK and was afraid of being the patsy. So he got himself arrested to give him an alibi by shooting the ceiling of a bank. Dick Russell wrote it in “The Man Who Knew Too Much”. This article attempts to unmask the real “Alek Hidell”. http://theamericanchronicle.blogspot.com/2013/09/unmasking-alek-hidell.html

When will the corporate media ever report the above facts and analysis? Probably never. Note Rachel Maddow’s pathetic discussion of Oswald and the Mannlicher Carcano. Very strange. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=prtUkzyO0I0

Rachel never mentioned the testimony of award-winning Dallas Deputy Sheriff Roger Craig. Four Dallas police officers (Boone, Craig, Weitzman, Fritz) initially located a 7.65 Mauser on the 6th floor of the Texas Schoolbook Depository. It was reported all over the media. There was no question about it being a Mauser: “7.65 Mauser” was stamped on the weapon. The CIA reported that it was a Mauser. But a few hours later, it morphed into a Mannlicher Carcano. The rest is history. Very strange, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UFEx8hjD8kE

Oswald
What is the probability that…

Ruby would shoot Oswald to prevent Jackie Kennedy from having to go through the ordeal of a trial.
Oswald’s interrogation would not be recorded or transcribed.
Oswald lied when he told Fritz he was out in front with Bill Shelley at 12:30.
Oswald would run from the 6th floor to the 2nd floor in less than 90 seconds.
Oswald would be calmly holding a coke and not even breathing hard.
Oswald would not be seen on the stairs by Victoria Adams.

Tippit
What is the probability that…

Warren Commission witness Markham was mistaken when she testified Tippit was murdered by 1:06pm.
Dallas Sheriff Roger Craig was incorrect that police radio reported the Tippit shooting at 1:06.
Oswald would walk one mile in 2 minutes and shoot Tippit at 1:06pm.
The Warren Commission would claim that Oswald shot Tippit at 1:16pm.
Oswald would use a revolver but the recovered bullets were from an automatic.
The Warren Commission would claim Oswald shot Tippit but two types of bullets (3 copper-coated Winchester Western; one lead Remington-Peters) were removed from Tippit’s body.

Dealey Plaza
What is the probability that…

At least 90 witnesses were mistaken in claiming shots came from the Grassy Knoll.
All 46 witnesses were mistaken in stating the JFK limo came to a full or near stop.
The Zapruder film would not show a stop, contrary to the eyewitnesses.
At least 44 witnesses were mistaken in stating they heard a nearly instantaneous “double bang” between the second and third shots. The bolt-action Mannlicher Carcano rifle took at least 2.3 seconds to reload telescoped on the target.
Three “tramps” at Dealey Plaza would be questioned but never identified.

Wounds
What is the probability that…

All Parkland witnesses were mistaken in claiming an entrance wound in JFK’s neck.
All 44 Parkland and autopsy witnesses were mistaken in describing a gaping wound at the right rear of JFK’s head.
There would be more fragments in Connally than were missing from the magic bullet.
SS agent Roy Kellerman was mistaken when he testified: “President Kennedy had four wounds, two in the head and shoulder and the neck. Governor Connally, from our reports, had three. There have got to be more than three shots.”
SS agent Clint Hill was mistaken when he testified that there was a massive exit wound in the back of JFK’s head.
The autopsy photos would not show an exit head wound in the front or the back.

Magic Bullet
What is the probability that…

A bullet would enter JFK’s back 5” below the collar and exit his throat.
The bullet Would then change direction and cause 5 wounds to Connally.
Gerald Ford would move the back wound 5″ up to conform with the SBT.

The Rifle
What is the probability that…

Four Dallas police deputies would be mistaken in identifying a 7.65 Mauser.
The 7.65 Mauser found on the 6th floor would morph into a Mannlicher Carcano.
A paraffin test would prove that Oswald did not fire a rifle.
An expert would be mistaken in matching the fingerprint found on the 6th floor of the TSBD to Mac Wallace.

Photos
What is the probability that…

Experts were mistaken in proving the photos of Oswald with a rifle were fakes.
MIT experts were mistaken in confirming Mary Moorman’s Badgeman photo as authentic.
Experts were mistaken in confirming Lifton’s #5 in the Badgeman photo as authentic.
Experts were mistaken in proving the Altgens6 photo of Oswald was altered.
WC interrogator Ball would tell Billy Lovelady to place a black arrow pointing to himself in the black area of Altgens6.

Dallas Police Captain Will Fritz and the Warren Commission would not reveal that Deputy Sheriff Roger Craig was in Fritz’s office where he identified Oswald getting into a Nash station wagon at 12:45. This would have destroyed the WC fiction that Oswald took a bus and cab. A photo released in 1969 proved Craig was in his office.

Notes
What is the probability that…

Fritz’s notes of his Oswald interview would be hidden for 30 years.
Oswald’s note to the Dallas FBI office would be destroyed.
Hume’s original autopsy notes would be burned.
The CIA would withhold evidence in multiple investigations.

Unnatural Deaths
What is the probability that…

Ruby’s lawyer and two reporters who met in Ruby’s apt. on Nov. 24, 1963, would die within a year (two were murdered).

Gary Underhill, CIA agent, would predict his death and murdered shortly afterwards.

Grant Stockdale, a friend of JFK, would jump off a building after claiming “people are trying to get me”.

Warren Reynolds would be shot in the head, after telling the FBI that the man he saw running from the Tippit scene was NOT Oswald. He miraculously recovered and said it was Oswald.

Mary Pinchot Meyer, JFK mistress, would be shot while jogging. She said the WC was a “whitewash” and would reveal all in a book. Her diary was taken by CIA chief Angleton and never made public.

Dr. Mary Sherman would be electrocuted the same day the Warren Commission came to New Orleans. Sherman worked with Ferrie, Judyth Baker and Oswald to develop a cancer virus to assassinate Castro.

William Pitzer would commit suicide by gunshot. He was a Navy photographer who attended the autopsy and was near retirement.

Guy Banister, an ex-FBI official who knew Ferrie and Oswald, would have a “heart attack” even though a bullet hole was found in his back.

Dorothy Kilgallen, a New York reporter, would die from a drug overdose within one week after stating she would “break the case wide open”. She gave a copy of her notes and manuscript to close friend Florence Smith.

Smith would die within a few days of Kilgallen at age 45 from a cerebral hemorrhage. The notes and manuscript were never found.

Jack Ruby was mistaken when he said that the assassination went to the “top”.
Ruby would die from a rapid cancer 29 days after being “injected” for a cold and awarded a new trial.

David Ferrie would die of a brain aneurysm (karate chop?) just after being named by Garrison as a witness in the Clay Shaw trial but leave a suicide note.

Clay Shaw would lie about being a CIA contract employee.

Robert Kennedy would be shot in the back of the head at close range. Sirhan Sirhan, a “Manchurian Candidate” shooting from the front, was declared the lone assassin. RFK would have investigated the JFK assassination as president.

Cliff Carter, a close LBJ aide, would die of pneumonia in Washington, DC, because “penicillin was unavailable”.

Mac Wallace, LBJ hitman, would die in an auto crash; asleep at wheel.

Roger Craig, a Dallas Deputy Sheriff, would commit suicide by rifle shot after surviving a number of attempts on his life. Craig identified the “7.65 Mauser” on the 6th floor of the TSBD with three other police officials, first heard on his radio that Tippit was killed at 1:06 pm and saw Oswald get into a Nash Station wagon at 12:40.

Seven top FBI officials who were due to testify at HSCA would die within 6 months in 1977 – before they could testify.

William Sullivan, FBI #3, would be shot, “mistaken for a deer,” just before his scheduled testimony at HSCA. He predicted he would be murdered.

Regis Kennedy, FBI official would die of a “heart attack” the day he was to be interviewed at HSCA.

George de Morenschildt, Oswald’s friend with ties to big oil and intelligence, would shoot himself the day of his HSCA interview. George Bush’s (CIA) phone number was in his wallet.

John Paisely of the CIA would be shot and thrown in the ocean before testifying at HSCA.

William Pawley who was involved in the Executive Action program to assassinate foreign leaders, would shoot himself just prior to his scheduled HSCA testimony.

Donald Donaldson would be murdered by a gunshot to the head in 1977 when the HSCA was in session. A LIFE Magazine official,he was a double agent brought to U.S. by FDR. He told Frank Church and Rep. Ford that Allen Dulles was responsible for the assassination.

Robert Alan Surrey would die by gunshot (ruled suicide) before his scheduled testimony at HSCA. He was a member of the right wing Minutemen and an aid to Gen. Walker who wrote the “JFK-wanted for Treason” poster.

Billy Lovelady, a TSBD employee who was standing in front of the TSBD watching the motorcade, died from heart complications at 41 during the HSCA.

Other Insiders
What is the probability that…

FBI agent Abraham Bolden would state that an informant named “Lee” (Oswald?) warned of a possible JFK assassination attempt in Chicago three weeks before Dallas.

HSCA investigator Sprague would be fired for wanting to subpoena all CIA documents.
HSCA investigator Blakey would admit many years later that the CIA was covering up.

E. Howard Hunt would fabricate his death-bed confession implicating major CIA players and LBJ in the “Big Event”.
