The 3 million Clinton vote margin is repeated endlessly by the media. This analysis shows that the number is grossly inflated. Sanders may very well be leading the popular vote and corresponding delegate count. This is an updated analysis of estimated probabilities of fraud in the Democratic primaries.
This is why Sanders has done much better than his recorded vote:
– Actual votes in caucus states are not included in the count – to the benefit of Clinton.
– Exit polls indicated voting machines were hacked – to the benefit of Clinton.
– Voter rolls were manipulated – to the benefit of Clinton.
– Long lines and reduced polling stations reduced voter turnout – to the benefit of Clinton.
Sanders leads by approximately 780,000 votes (51.5-48.5%), assuming a) caucus votes are included, b) unadjusted exit polls represent the true vote, c) 10% of Sanders voters were disenfranchised and d) 5% of Clinton’s votes were fraudulent early/absentee ballots. Sanders won the caucuses easily. The largest states were MN, WA, CO. The actual votes were approximated by multiplying caucus vote shares by the state voting population, which is proportional to the electoral vote.
Votes for the primaries were calculated based on late exit polls. Sanders did approximately 4% better in the polls than in his recorded share. The National Election Pool discontinued exit polls after the Indiana primary.
Sanders exit poll share exceeded his recorded share in 24 of the 26 primaries which were exit polled. The probability is 1 in 190.000. The difference between his exit poll share and recorded share exceeded the margin of error in 11 primaries. The probability is 1 in 77 billion. Is the exit poll shift to Clinton just pure luck? Or is something else going on?
Exit polls and caucuses indicate that Sanders has won 30 of 44 states and leads the electoral vote by 259-193. Clinton’s margin is reduced from 3 million to 1.3 million based on actual caucus votes and unadjusted exit polls.
A conservative estimate is that 10% of Sanders voters were disenfranchised due to long lines, reduced polling stations, switched/dropped party registrations, uncounted provisional ballots, etc. And 5% of Clinton’s votes were due to absentee ballot stuffing. New York, Arizona, Ohio, Illinois, Massachusetts and the southern red states are prime examples.
After adjusting for actual caucus votes and exit polls:
Clinton has won 11 RED states (normally Republican) by 2.1 million votes (64-36%)- before voter rolls, absentee/provisional ballot fraud. Clinton leads RED states by approximately 1.6 million (61-39%).
Sanders leads the non-RED states by 1.1 million- before voter rolls, absentee/provisional ballot fraud. Sanders leads non-RED states by approximately 57-43%, a 2.4 million vote margin.
Sanders leads overall by approximately one million votes.

Richard, is this accurate: “The second big red flag is Oklahoma. The two states out of 18 shifted “the other way,” from Clinton to Sanders, were Wisconsin (a 1.9% disparity) and Oklahoma (a 6.1% disparity, less than a one-in-ten likelihood of occurring). Why is this compelling? Because outlier Oklahoma is the only state among all these states in which the state, rather than the vendors, programs the vote counting computers.”

Why do you assume 100% of people disenfrachised were Sanders supporters? Isn’t it true that Sanders supporters are more young and more enthusiastic than Clinton supporters? Shouldn’t longer lines and reduced polling stations tend to disenfrachise the older and less enthusiastic voters rather than the younger and more enthusiastic ones?
Why do not account for the natural disenfranchisment that caucuses create?

Where did I say that? I do not assume 100% of the disenfranchised are Sanders supporters. I assume that a net 10% are.

Thanks for all your pioneering work in exit polling. I think exit polling must be used as an integral part of the election process, and more importantly, it should be independent of corporate control and/or state bureaucracy. Which I think should mean some kind of federal initiatives to promote and assist citizen involvement at local levels.
In the recent “stop election theft 2016” videos on youtube, Harvey Wasserman and Greg Palast commented on how votes are nullified or ‘stripped and flipped’ by official election personnel, it is being done in secret after the voter leaves the precinct and in some cases, the same voters may have been accurately counted in exit polling data.
In no case is the nullified voter ever contacted after his or her vote is discarded or why it was ever nullified, in some cases after waiting for hours in line to cast a vote. Deliberately causing bottle-necks for African-American early voter was one of the documented cases covered in the above cited videos.
This would possibly explain at least some of the wild discrepancies between official counts and the margins of errors in the exit polling data.
I think exit polling can be accurate to levels surpassing 3-sigma in quality control, 95% confidence intervals, which is analogous to the standard 3-4% margin of error in exit polling. That’s what Edison Research uses.
But as long as election officials are using ‘strip and flip’ tactics to target African-American, Hispanic and other minority voters, from confidential computer-generated lists available beforehand, we will at least have consistent proof of the fraud by your excellent data.
The same officials insist that there a millions of illegal voters, sometimes voting in two different states at the same time. Yet no one is ever charged with such felonies or investigated in any formal way. This is premeditated corruption from the election office bureaucracies.

I sent them an email to see if they had raised enough money for the poll and they told me they received a grant from Election Justice USA to cover the cost. This is the long form video which goes through the history of stolen elections with important interviews, and brings to current date, with Arnebeck’s filing a RICO racketeering lawsuit against those fraudulent voting machine companies with the found by Bev Harris code that fractionalizes votes and so Bernie’s delegate count. Arnebeck is also RICOing the media as complicit in the crime of covering up the fraud of those machines, by manipulating exit polls to match the machines. My understanding is that the only lawsuit being filed by Arnebeck and Fritrakis is in Ohio. I wish they were doing other states as well, but I think not. So unfortunately, I am doubtful that their work will have a big enough impact to save Bernie’s campaign. Please LMK if I am wrong about this. I just don’t think we should raise false hopes for everyone if in fact the only lawsuit they have filed is in Ohio…

I believe it was filed in Ohio, but is concurrent with a Federal RICO racketeering lawsuit which allows the inclusion of ALL STATES. Arnebeck is filing in both State and Federal courts a very strong RICO case that not only covers all states, but, also covers a long timeline of current and past crimes. They have the evidence. Arnebeck says they are nailed.
I believe there are also separate state lawsuits on-going. Those lawyers and activists should talk with Arnebeck and Fitrakis for any additional strengthening, or overlapping of the total of their lawsuits.
So, what happened to #ExitPollGate and what stopped media from conducting exit polls on the last part of these primaries.
Cliff Arnebeck had talked with the media companies responsible for conducting exit polling before the primaries in California, New Jersey etc., and required that they provide the raw date, the unadjusted exit polling, and if they did not comply, he would sue them. That is exactly when media stopped conducting exit polling before these last primaries. They even stopped in Kentucky which they had announced they were covering, to stop the raw data which would not have matched the machines. Thus, putting Richard out of work…so it seemed. His topics have been germane even without exit polling data.
And, look what Richard’s work did for justice and democracy. WOW. Richard, Arnebeck, Fitrakis, Bev Harris, Palast, and more, and all of their works and their stories will be in history books, because I do think we will be the victor writing those history books. I do think this will work out just as Arnebeck has described. I guess I am celebrating early. But, there is an upside to celebrating early, it counters all that undue celebrating going on over there on the Clinton/media/voting machine side of things.
So Cheers to Richard and everyone here. It has been some journey together.

Update: The RICO lawsuit has not yet been filed.
Originally, attorneys Cliff Arnebeck and Bob Fitrakis were going to file their RICO lawsuit earlier on June 6th in order to get the networks to release the raw data on exit polls for the California primary. The networks cancelled exit polls instead.
The RICO suit will be filed. The problem is they ran into a huge problems in California.
With the donations they are getting, Arnebeck and Fitrakis are beefing up legal staff.
California the eight largest nation on earth had some of the most massive irregularities. Fitrakis said he was getting emails constantly from poll workers and election observers saying 25% of people in my precinct were forced to vote provisionally.
Systematic problems with registration being wrong, peoples showed up saying they had registered to vote in the Democrat primary, but instead were registered as being in other parties which meant that they could not vote for a president candidate.
Fitrakis said, we did some limited exit polling ourselves and those numbers are being crunched.
The suits and it looks like there may be two of them: the initial one over getting the exit polls and also a second one getting discovery for criminal activity which is the one that should go first, be filed first.
But California had massive levels of irregularities and what looks like outright fraud. Most of California should be roped off as a crime scene. it happened deliberately from party loyalists and private corporations.
California has delayed us somewhat and caused us to beef up legal staff. He says they will be filing next week.

Bev, thanks for the info. I am terribly disappointed about the delay with the lawsuit – but not surprised. In the original Trustvote video from May 29, I thought their claims about planning to file by June 6 sounded totally unrealistic, since they hadn’t even decided whether to file in Federal or State court. I am afraid they may be thinking of waiting so that the focus will be more about protecting against stolen votes from Trump in November, rather than correcting the injustice already done to Bernie and his voters. I hope I am wrong.

Richard, since so many people vote early in CA, I’m wondering if we will have the number of votes for each candidate ON ELECTION DAY to compare to the exit polls…. or will they simply lump it all together and not give us the June 7 numbers (without actually calling every last county in CA)? Won’t we need this in order to accurately compare to the exit poll? This state doesn’t just have absentee voters.. many voters vote permanently by mail.
I’m keeping my fingers crossed that we’ll get to know this time which precincts were polled but I hope they don’t release that in advance.

The two subjects–election fraud and the assassination of JFK–have a deep common link, the undoing of a democracy where people’s votes and the leaders they voted for, are removed by way of a coup. In 2010, Scytl purchased a 100% interest in SOE software, an up and coming player in the American elections market with their Clarity Software Suite which is used in 525 jurisdictions in 19 states. SOE has a strategic partnership with ES & S, the major marketer of electronic voting systems in the US. ES & S was sued by the US DOJ in 2009 on anti-trust grounds after purchasing Diebold’s elections division, Premier Election Solutions. ES & S subsequently sold Premier to rival manufacturer Dominion. Bob Urosevich, founder of ES & S, was also President of Diebold. In 2006 Urosevich was listed as managing director of Scytl Americas, although his name has subsequently been removed from their website.

Not a single major newspaper nor any national news broadcast has ever reported that on Feb. 6, 1985, a jury in Miami concluded that the CIA was involved in the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.
This is remarkable, if only because the verdict came in a court case featuring two international celebrities: Water gate burglar E. Howard Hunt — perhaps the most infamous CIA operative in history — and his courtroom nemesis — attorney Mark Lane. Lane’s ground-break ing best-seller, Rush to Judgment, had convinced millions of readers there had been a conspiracy in the JFK assassination, the Warren Commission’s claims notwithstanding.
Scattered news reports did mention Hunt had lost a libel case against The SPOTLIGHT. However, no media reported what the jury forewoman had told the press:
Mr. Lane was asking us to do something very difficult. He was asking us to believe John Kennedy had been killed by our own government. Yet when we examined the evidence closely, we were compelled to conclude that the CIA had indeed killed President Kennedy.
Until 1992, when Lane recounted the trial in Plausible Denial and put forth additional compelling evidence of CIA complicity in the crime, the only substantive news reports about the trial appeared in The SPOTLIGHT. In issue No. 7 for 1985 (Feb. 18), The SPOTLIGHT announced its victory, detailing the remarkable events that led to the trial.
The affair was set in motion on Aug. 14, 1978, when The SPOTLIGHT published an article by former CIA official Victor Marchetti who revealed the CIA intended to publicly “admit” Hunt had been involved in the JFK assassination, acting as a “rogue” agent without CIA sanction.
A top CIA liaison to anti-Castro Cuban exiles in the early 1960s, Hunt was unknown to the public until the Watergate scandal that toppled President Nixon in 1974 brought Hunt ill fame. Then, after Watergate, when the Rockefeller Commission investigated CIA misdeeds, two eccentric writers alleged Hunt was one of three “tramps” photographed in Dallas minutes after the JFK assassination.
Subsequent investigation refuted the “Hunt as tramp” theory. However, scandal sheets had hyped the story and many came to believe Hunt had a hand in Dallas.
In 1976, growing skepticism about the Warren Commission’s claim that a “lone assassin” had killed JFK forced the House of Representatives to convene a new assassination inquiry.
In the midst of the House investigation, an unusual development occurred:
As Marchetti’s SPOTLIGHT article reported, an in-house CIA memo, ostensibly written in 1966 — some 12 years previously — was leaked to congressional investigators.
The memo stated Hunt had been in Dallas on the day of the JFK assassination, and that CIA officials were concerned the agency would one day have to explain Hunt’s presence there.
The SPOTLIGHT subsequently learned CIA Director Richard Helms and the CIA’s chief of counterintelligence, James Angleton, had signed off on the memo.
Marchetti suggested that because the CIA perceived Hunt to be a villain in the public’s eye as a consequence of Watergate, the CIA had decided to sacrifice Hunt and “admit” he had been involved in the assassination.

Mass surveillance is about control. It is this sort of closed-door networking that has rendered the American vote pointless. No more shadows
Yet in the long-run, the information imperialists have already failed. This investigation is based entirely on open source techniques, made viable largely in the context of the same information revolution that enabled Google. The investigation has been funded entirely by members of the public, through crowd-funding. And the investigation has been published and distributed outside the circuits of traditional media, precisely to make the point that in this new digital age, centralized top-down concentrations of power cannot overcome the power of people, their love of truth and justice, and their desire to share.
What are the lessons of this irony? Simple, really: The information revolution is inherently decentralized, and decentralizing. It cannot be controlled and co-opted by Big Brother. Efforts to do so will in the end invariably fail, in a way that is ultimately self-defeating.
The latest mad-cap Pentagon initiative to dominate the world through control of information and information technologies, is not a sign of the all-powerful nature of the shadow network, but rather a symptom of its deluded desperation as it attempts to ward off the acceleration of its hegemonic decline.
But the decline is well on its way. And this story, like so many before it, is one small sign that the opportunities to mobilize the information revolution for the benefit of all, despite the efforts of power to hide in the shadows, are stronger than ever.

Richard, I’m so sorry if I offended you. That was certainly not my intention. Your JFK work deserves the respect of the mainstream world, just as your Election Fraud work does. I just think that the Election issue is much more likely to be accepted by the general public first – because it is timely and urgent, and it is more about mathematics – and your numbers are virtually impossible to challenge. Your election work is NEEDED by the world, right now. Urgently. And if that work could be brought to the attention of the mainstream media now and accepted by some prominent and respected journalists, it will send shock-waves throughout the world. We all know that the establishment and mainstream media are cursory and shallow… so sometimes we have go 1 step at a time, dishing things out in reasonable bites… And we need to start with the item that is most palatable. In other words, trying to get the mainstream establishment and media to look seriously at your Election work and JFK work at the same time is just overwhelming. But if we could just give them 1 of the issues first – the one that is so timely and crucial – it would bring you huge attention and respect. And after that, it would become much easier for them to pay attention to your JFK work, as they should. Again, I apologize if my comment offended you in any way.

Last Monday night, Bostonians gathered to recognize one of their own. Gene Sharp, who has lived on a quiet street in East Boston since 1968, is known to his neighbors as an unassuming intellectual with a love of gardening. To dictators around the globe, however, he is better known as a promoter of the dangerous idea that the real power in a society lies not with its rulers, but with its people.
Dr. Sharp, who has been called “the Clausewitz of nonviolent warfare,” has made his life’s work the study of strategic nonviolent action as a powerful alternative to both passivity and violence. He is the author of dozens of books, and his book “From Dictatorship to Democracy” has been translated into over forty languages while spreading among dissidents around the world. In 1983, Sharp founded the Albert Einstein Institution, which continues to promote the use and study of nonviolent action from offices in Boston’s South End today.
And so, this Monday night Bostonians filed into District Hall, a community space looking out over Boston Harbor and the city’s glittering skyline, to honor Gene Sharp. The reason for the event was a proclamation by Mayor Marty Walsh declaring April 27, 2015 to be “Gene Sharp Day” in the city of Boston.

– Summary – This report summarizes the results of our review of the GEMS election management system, which counts approximately 25 percent of all votes in the United States. The results of this study demonstrate that a fractional vote feature is embedded in each GEMS application which can be used to invisibly, yet radically, alter election outcomes by pre-setting desired vote percentages to redistribute votes. This tampering is not visible to election observers, even if they are standing in the room and watching the computer. Use of the decimalized vote feature is unlikely to be detected by auditing or canvass procedures, and can be applied across large jurisdictions in less than 60 seconds.
GEMS vote-counting systems are and have been operated under five trade names: Global Election Systems, Diebold Election Systems, Premier Election Systems, Dominion Voting Systems, and Election Systems & Software, in addition to a number of private regional subcontractors. At the time of this writing, this system is used statewide in Alaska, Connecticut, Georgia, Mississippi, New Hampshire, Utah and Vermont, and for counties in Arizona, (upcoming) California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin and Wyoming. It is also used in Canada.

This information first came to my attention via the Internet. It is nowhere to be found on MSNBC or CNN. Have not seen it in the New York Times, although I may have missed it there. What is going on ? It seems to me this is a big news story. Where are the journalists ? Why is this appalling news story, if it has validity, as it seems to, not being reported by the major news organizations ?
As impossible as it seems, are these major news organizations somehow part of this story ? Perhaps the Germans and the Dutch have it right; they have outlawed electronic voting because of the fraud threat it poses.
